Part 1:

Like it or not, it's more difficult to get Patients now than it used to be. There are a lot reasons for that but we can organize all of those reasons into the following 4 categories.

  1. Increased Local Competition
    You've probably noticed it happening in your local area over the last few years. There has been a huge increase in the number of direct competitors opening up shop all over the country and this can easily amount to there being less Patients to go around for every Chiropractic Clinic in the area. 

    The general public often doesn't understand the difference between you and your competitors at a glance so, with this increased presence of competition, it's important that we do things to help our business stand out (more on that in the next section).

  2. Decreased Visibility in your Local Marketplace
    Too many times, we see businesses get comfortable with their place in the market and they just stop marketing their business to new Patients. While this can work for a short period of time for more established businesses, that eventually leads to all kinds of problems as existing Patients will move on. It's incredibly important that we have a marketing plan to constantly expose new potential Patients to our business so that we don't fall victim to "Existing Patient Creep".

  3. Lack of focus on Patient Education 
    One of the biggest business killers is failing to educate your marketplace. Whether it's done in person or online, it's important to always give away a certain level of your expertise for free in order to exhibit that you're an expert in your field. This is one of the easiest and most effective ways to distance yourself from the competition in your local market and to brand yourself as the only choice for your potential Patients needs.

  4. Not Utilizing the Internet as a Primary Marketing Medium 
    The cheapest and most effective way to reach your Patients is through the internet. Whether that be your website or via your social media channels, these are the best places to reach your potential user base and educate those folks about why your business is the only choice when they need services like yours.


With all of those things working against us, how do we combat them and become more attractive to the potential Patients in our Local Markets?

Part 2:
The 2 core things your Chiropractic Practice has to do in order to be attractive to new potential Patients.

There are two core things that every business out there has to do right now in order to be more successful and to attract more people to their front door.


The 2 core things Chiropractors Must do to attract more new Patients Right Now:

  • #1: Increase your Business' Visibility 
    One of the most important things that we can do right now is to make sure that our business is a part of the "conversation" in places where our potential Patients are already hanging out. We have to seek out the places where those folks already exist normally and make our business a part of that (more on how we do that in the next section).

  • #2: Educate all of those "New Eyeballs" 
    Once we are in front of all of those new people, we need to make sure that we have educational content in front of them that will exhibit our expertise and help them wrap their heads around the true nature of the problem that they are trying to solve. When we educate our market we deliver "results in advance" to them. This causes them to bond with our business before they ever step foot through our front door. This creates a desire to work with you over your competition.

That all sounds good in theory, but how do we actually increase our visibility and then educate all of those "new eyeballs" on the value behind what we do everyday in our business?

Part 3:

To be successful we have to make sure that we are getting in front of our audience more easily and more often. We also have to make sure that we're doing it in a way that isn't going to cost us an arm and a leg. We've had a ton of success doing that by following the formula that we explain below.

The 5 step Process that we use to Attract Chiropractic Patients using Simple "Mini Billboards" in Popular Local Restaurants.

Step #1: 

We create a simple digital giveaway to give to the people that are our ideal patients.

This is the actual pdf that we give away when someone signs up on our lead capture page (see step 2). This pdf walks through some exercises that can help with potential headaches. This is the bribe that we give away in exchange for the leads info on the optin page.


Now that we've covered that... Let me show you the optin page that we use to actually collect the leads.

Step #2: 

We create a simple digital landing page to attract leads that fit your ideal new patient.

This is the landing page that we will be using to collect leads when we give away the pdf that we created in step 1. It will only be interesting to people that have problems with tension headaches. We will be using this to make sure you collect new interested leads every single week.


Now that you've seen the landing page, how do actually get this page in front of our ideal prospects.

Step #3: 

We create a physical "Mini Billboard" that will advertise our digital giveaway to our ideal patients.

This is the physical advertisement for our digital giveaway. When someone scans the code or goes to the url below the code, they will be taken to the landing page that we created in step 2 so that they can download the pdf that we created in step 1.


The next step is making sure that we place this "Mini Billboard" in a high traffic area where our ideal patients are already hanging out.

Step #4: 

We place our physical "Mini Billboard' in high traffic Local Restaurants where our ideal Patients hang out.

We're going to make a deal with one or more local restaurants and pay them a small monthly fee to place our banners in "unused space" in their location.


Restaurant owners are always trying to make as much money as possible and "dead space" is something they are always trying to avoid. This is space in their location that doesn't have room for tables or anything that the staff is using. We want to place our "mini billboards" there.


This is an easy way to get your message in front of people and, when done professionally, it actually adds to the aesthetic of the local restaurant.


Now... How does this banner and giveaway actually lead to new Patients in our Chiropractic Practice?

Step #5: 

We build an Automation so that every new lead alerts our front desk staff and they can call and potentially set up a new appointment for the lead that is having trouble with tension headaches (or any condition you treat).

In the example above the bottom box that says "Alert" is set up so that it actually sends a text to our front desk.


That text message included the person's information that saw the banner, scanned the code, and put their information in to get the free pdf we built back in step 1. This automation makes sure that they get what the asked for (the pdf) and that our front desk can follow up with them using a special scripted call. 


This is how we're booking 5-10 new appointments a week in our Chiropractic Offices that run this campaign locally.

Why is this Strategy is so Effective?

It's simple.

We're getting something that our ideal audience needs in front of them in a place where they already hang out. They see the banner and sign up and that tells us that they need our services (because they wouldn't optin if they didn't have trouble with tension headaches).


From there its as simple as making sure we follow up on every new lead that comes in on the same day.
